Passionate about supporting people to adapt and thrive in the workplace
Founder - Peta Simey:
I firmly believe we all have extraordinary abilities within ourselves to find and fulfil our potential. But sometimes we are the last to see it. Coaching can help us realise the possibilities.
I have spent over 20 years in leadership roles across government, creative and charity sectors, specialising in behaviour change, marketing and brand strategy. I bring this perspective to my coaching practice.
I see coaching as a partnership where I enable you to reflect on your goals, aspirations and choices. My approach is reflective, calm and non-judgemental, encouraging you to gain perspective and discover your resourcefulness to achieve any changes you decide to make.

How we can help
In the workplace we are at our best when we know how to deal with uncertainty and have a plan to help us prosper. I focus on coaching both individuals and teams to
Adapt
Sharpening resourcefulness and resilience
We all experience challenging situations at work. Developing your resilience is key in helping you to cope and bounce back. I can help you draw from your own experiences to sharpen your resourcefulness and develop your own resilience toolkit - giving you the tools you need to draw on when times are tough.
Thrive
Strengthening impact and improve performance
We all have extraordinary abilities to succeed but all too often our own doubts get in the way. I can work with you to raise awareness of your strengths, what is holding you back, and what you need to adapt to make a greater impact and improve your performance.
